Rob Roy Consulting’s mission is to make business leaders more persuasive through the power of authenticity and purpose. We believe that conviction convinces. But it’s about more than talking the talk. You have to walk the walk. And that requires accountability. That’s where we come in. We are trained CTI executive coaches with over 40 years combined experience in executive coaching, leadership trainingand change management. We have worked with senior executivesfrom companies around the world and across multiple sectors. We offer a highly customized training experience that starts with interviewing trainees to understand their specific needs. We prioritize the skills they want to work on and agree to how they want to work—one-on-one, in groups, or a little bit of both. For workshop engagements, we teach proven models and techniques that map to their personal goals. For long-term one-on-one training, we also identify milestones and metrics they want to hit along the way. Ultimately, we help clients find their authentic voice, executive presence, and inner conviction.
