I founded Rob Roy Consulting in January 2017 with one core belief in mind: That the most persuasive thing we can do is to find the truest thing to say. This belief has sustained our team through all the ups and downs over the past seven years, and we’re proud to still be going strong.
We’re also incredibly grateful to all our clients and partners for their unwavering commitment to this approach. We offer a wide variety of services across persuasive storytelling, speaker coaching, leadership training, research and influencer relations. We engage in both data-driven and emotionally honest conversations with our clients that sometimes require us to dig deep and face inconvenient facts. It makes our work even more rewarding, more meaningful, and ultimately more successful.
The past seven years wouldn’t have been possible without the kind of clients and partners who value the truth. We owe our longevity to these people and this vision we share. In turbulent times, trust becomes even more paramount. Sales, stock price, employee retention, and board conversations are all rooted in trust. And if YOU don’t believe in what you’re saying, or if you’re not inspired by your own story, it’s hard to get anyone ELSE to believe in it or be inspired by it.
But when you catch fire and do the hard work it takes to eliminate all the b.s. and spin from your message, and once you get down to the core truth you’re trying to communicate, it’s amazing what kind of impact that can have, both professionally and personally.
That’s what Rob Roy does. That’s what our clients give us the opportunity to do. And it’s ridiculously enjoyable.
